At PawsitivelyFurry, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pawsitivelyfurry.com.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@pawsitivelyfurry.com.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable items such as pet food or treats
- Custom-made items or personalized products
